About
We work in Bucharest and Ilfov, with companies that have between five and a few hundred units. We are not a call centre that subcontracts: the same team comes to the audit and to the interventions, which is why it knows what it found last year.
Who actually comes
The same team that did the audit does the interventions. We do not subcontract and do not send someone different every time. For companies with several locations, that is the difference between a report that says something and one that repeats last year's text.
What we work with
A collection hood for every type and size of unit, cassettes included, a pressure pump, a vacuum for the condensate run, a probe thermometer and clamp meters for measurements. The cleaning and disinfection solutions are those approved for air conditioning installations; their names appear in the report.
Which companies we suit
Companies with at least five units, or with units in false ceilings, or with spaces where a stopped unit means losses. Below that threshold an annual contract is not a good deal for you, and we say so before signing rather than after.
What we do not do
We do not sell or install new units within maintenance contracts, precisely so there is no reason to recommend replacement instead of repair. When a unit genuinely is not worth maintaining any more, we say so and leave you to choose the supplier.
