Prices and how they are calculated
The price is per unit and per year, not per location and not a subscription. It falls in bands, from 300 lei per unit below five units to 185 lei per unit above fifty. The second visit of the year is billed at 65% of the first.

Why per unit and not per location
Because the work is per unit. A two-floor site with eight units is the same as two sites with four units each, minus one trip. Per-location prices are convenient for the supplier and opaque for the client: you cannot compare two offers and you cannot tell what happens when you add a unit.
What happens if the number of units changes
It is reconciled quarterly. Add three units in June and they are billed pro rata to the end of the contract year, at the band the new total falls into. Remove units and the same applies, downwards. There is no penalty for reducing the number.
What is billed separately
- Spare parts, with a quote approved before ordering.
- Refrigerant and work on the circuit, carried out by certified personnel.
- Unclogging that requires dismantling the condensate run inside a wall or ceiling.
- Work at height requiring a platform or scaffolding.
- Emergency call-outs outside a contract, for companies without one.
The initial audit
Free above ten units. Below ten it is billed and deducted from the first contract invoice. The audit is not a sales visit: the units are opened, the condition recorded and the photos taken that become the zero point of the equipment record.
VAT and travel
The prices in the table are exclusive of VAT. Travel within Bucharest is included. In Ilfov it is added once per visit, not per unit, and is stated in the quote.
