Air conditioner maintenance for offices in Bucharest
In an open space the units run ten to twelve hours a day, three times more than one in a flat. The real sanitizing interval is six months, not three years, and the most frequent complaint is not the heat but the smell and dry air.

Why units load up here
In an office a dirty unit has effects it does not have at home: the smell is reported by five to ten people at once, and reduced airflow means temperature differences between the ends of the room and daily tickets to facilities. The real cost of a neglected unit is not the electricity but the time lost on complaints and emergency call-outs in July.
The recommended schedule
Two visits a year: one in March-April, before the season, with full sanitizing; one in September-October, with a check, filter cleaning and preparation for heating mode. Between them, two filter changes done by us, included in the contract above ten units.
The specific risk
The specific risk: ceiling units in the false ceiling, forgotten for years because they are out of sight. When a cassette drain blocks, the water reaches the ceiling tiles and the furniture below, and the damage often exceeds the value of the annual contract.
What you receive
What you get after every visit: a report per unit with the condition found, what was done, before and after photos, and the date of the next intervention. The reports build into an equipment history, useful at audit and at handover.
