A wall unit, 60-90 minutes. A ceiling cassette, 90-120. A ducted unit, depending on access, sometimes longer. We plan the day around that, not the other way round.

On the Standard and Extended packages, priority call-out is in the contract: 24 and 8 hours respectively, in season. The diagnosis is included; parts and repair are billed separately, with a quote approved beforehand.

Yes, but the first question is who the equipment operator is under the lease. That is where the obligations and the payment responsibility start. Many discussions are settled by reading two paragraphs of the lease.

Yes, that is the usual situation. The initial audit exists precisely for that: we establish the starting condition and document it with photos, so we do not take on responsibility for what happened before.

Whichever you prefer: annually, half-yearly or quarterly. On larger contracts, quarterly invoicing is the most convenient for both sides and allows the unit count to be reconciled.

They stay yours. We send you the equipment records and all the reports electronically, whatever the reason the contract ends. A supplier that holds documents hostage has no place in this market.
