How we work, in detail
Four stages: audit, proposal with a schedule, interventions on the agreed dates, and a report per unit after every visit. What we do not do: turn up unannounced, bill operations not on the list, or say something was done without leaving a photo.
The initial audit
It takes two to six hours, depending on the number of units. We open every unit, record the brand, model, serial, year and condition, photograph the fan and the tray, check the condensate run and measure the working temperatures. The result is an equipment list that, at many companies, nobody had.
The proposal
A two-page document: the unit list, the package proposed for each group of spaces, the price per unit, and a schedule with proposed dates for the whole year. If at the audit we find units no longer worth maintaining - high age, parts unavailable - we say so there, with the reasoning, rather than putting them in the contract to raise the count.
The intervention
We come at the agreed time, with a collection hood and everything needed so nothing gets wet. In offices we usually work between 5 and 9 pm or at weekends, in restaurants before opening, in practices on days without appointments. A wall unit takes 60-90 minutes, a cassette 90-120.
The report
Filled in on the spot, per unit, and sent the same day. It contains the condition found, what was done, the measured values, the before and after photos, and anything we found that is not about cleaning. At the end of the campaign, a consolidated acceptance note.
Emergencies
On the Standard and Extended packages the response time is in the contract: 24 and 8 hours respectively, in season. In practice it means you have a number answered by someone who already knows what units you have and where they are, without starting the conversation from scratch.
What we do not do
- We do not bill operations that are not on the contract list.
- We do not recommend replacing a unit we can repair.
- We do not work on the refrigerant circuit without certification and without finding the leak first.
- We do not write in a report that something was done without a photo showing it.
