The packages
Three packages. The difference between them is not a list of benefits but the number of interventions a year and the emergency response time.
The price is per unit, per year, and falls with the number of units. The package is chosen by the type of space, not by budget: a restaurant on the Basic package will have problems in August, however well the March job is done.
- Basic
One intervention a year, in spring, with full sanitizing of the indoor unit, tray cleaning and a drain check. A report per unit and next year's schedule. Enough for small offices and spaces that do not run more than eight hours a day.
- Standard
Two interventions a year: a full one in spring and a check in autumn, with preparation for heating mode. Includes measurements at every visit and priority call-out within 24 hours in season. It is the right package for most companies.
- Extended
Three or four interventions a year depending on the space, with evaporator degreasing where needed and priority call-out within 8 hours. For spaces where the units work in hard conditions or where stopping them means losses.
