The site has no forms and collects no data through it. In the contractual relationship we process the data needed to perform the contract: company details, site addresses and the contact person's details.
On the site
There are no forms and no e-mail addresses are collected. The quote calculator runs in your browser; the options you choose are not sent anywhere. The theme and text size are saved locally, in your browser.
In the contractual relationship
We process the company name, VAT ID, site addresses, and the name, phone and e-mail of the contact person, to perform the contract and for invoicing. The basis is contract performance and legal retention obligations.
Reports and photos
The photos in the reports are of the units and contain no people. Reports are kept for the duration of the contract and three years after, so they can be reissued on request.
Server logs
The server records the IP address, the time of the request and the page requested, for operation and security.
Your rights
Under EU Regulation 2016/679: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, within the limits of legal retention obligations.
