The annual maintenance schedule
The month the work is done matters. A sanitizing done in March lasts the whole season; one done in August catches the unit already loaded and after the hardest months have passed. The schedule below is the one we propose and keep, not you.

About this document
We do the planning and send it at the start of the year, with proposed dates for each location. You confirm or move them. The point is that nobody in your company has to remember the air conditioners again.
What the document contains
| January - February | The annual schedule is sent and dates confirmed. In continuously running spaces, the first check. |
| March - April | The main intervention: full sanitizing on every unit, before the season. Most of the work happens here. |
| May - June | Outdoor unit washing, especially in areas with poplars. Checks in demanding spaces. |
| July - August | Call-outs and emergencies only. No maintenance is scheduled in these months. |
| September - October | The second intervention: check, filters, cleaning, preparation for heating mode. |
| November - December | Checking units used for heating and the inventory for next year: which units were added, which removed. |
Worth remembering
A simple rule: the main intervention happens before the season, not during it. In March and April there is availability, the work can be done without rushing and the unit enters the summer clean. In July everything is an emergency and more expensive, for everyone.
