Why units load up here
Many products are stored within a declared temperature range, and the space has to respect it. A loaded evaporator does not stop the unit: it reduces its capacity by a few per cent a year. When the summer is hotter, the unit can no longer cope and the temperature rises above the limit, with no alarm at all.
The recommended schedule
Three checks a year, two of them with full sanitizing, and a capacity measurement at each visit: discharge and suction temperatures, consumption. We also recommend continuous room temperature recording, independent of the unit.
The specific risk
The specific risk: the slow loss of capacity, which is invisible and raises no error. Here maintenance does not prevent a breakdown, it prevents a deviation from the storage conditions.
What you receive
A report with measured values at every visit and a history per unit. It is the document that shows the installation was maintained and checked, with dates.
