Why units load up here
In continuous operation, mechanical wear and evaporator loading advance far faster, and the unit never has a period in which to dry out. The risk that matters most here is not the smell but the loss of capacity: a loaded evaporator gradually reduces cooling power, and the room warms by a few degrees with nobody noticing until an alarm.
The recommended schedule
Four checks a year, with two full sanitizings and two intermediate checks with measurements: discharge and suction temperatures, electrical consumption, drain check. We also recommend monitoring the room temperature, so the loss of capacity shows before the alarm does.
The specific risk
The specific risk: a single unit with no backup. If the room has only one unit, any intervention means downtime. For critical rooms we recommend redundancy and alternating units, not just maintenance.

A report after every visit with the measured values, so the trend over time is visible. For technical rooms the measurement table matters more than the photos.
